  1. I'm partial to this sillyness. Why not deploy 29 models in Limited insertion? Tohaa ────────────────────────────────────────────────── 8 1 CHAKSA SERVANT Electric Pulse. 2. I mean Noctifier is certainly good. The Feurerbach does get +1 burst vs. The Missile launcher when hunting down Objectives which can be a be a boon for consistency. As for the T Drone. I mean Its cheaper but Marksmanship is not really relevant for Anti Material hunting nor is Guided. The Upside is that its much cheaper. The Caliban still seems relevant given its loadout and stats profile?
  3. With Feurerbach the Caliban is one of the better Shasvastii Anti Material hunters. (Though the Noctifier ML is probably a bit better)
  4. eh Maybe thats it. I feel like 4 mates is a waste. So I don't feel as pressed to try and squeeze in my weapons in the same way as you. Breaker rifle is solid but I like the spitfire too.
  5. Can't tell if joke. Neema is a great LT. And the new model is much improved. It gets a want from me at least
  6. Just wanted to clarify. Mates I get the feeling on, Bugs I was initially surprised by.
  7. I imagine the thought being more that Humans have some sort of neural interface with the TAG where as you don't plug your brain into a bike As for ontopic things, I'd say its no less dramatic than of the other feminine/Masculine defining decisions they make. Alot of artistic license goes into making most of CBs models and a lot of that ends up in sexing up each and every model in subtle ways.
  8. Col is right 100% the officer
  9. I think the thing I disagree with about this is that measuring all these other things still doesn't measure the subjective thing that would make a game the best. Look at movies for a good example of why this isn't the best measure of something. A movie like The Fast and the Furious is a very monetarily successful franchise. But it doesn't have the best writing. Nor does a movie that has great writing necessarily end up a monetary success. Hell you can have a movie with good writing that makes a good amount of money but still isnt perfect because the acting is flat, or the framing of shots is off. There is something ephemeral about all these things that make them so much more personal. Even just how you go into the theater on a given day impacts how you experience it. Look at something like StarCraft and StarCraft 2. StarCraft 2 is a far more polished game then the original was. But in losing some of the quirks the original had it has lost some of what made it enjoyable to a lot of people. The second is infinitely more polished and with better graphics, the writing and story telling at comparable, even the sales on the newer one are general better. But lots of people dislike the second because of how it works. How can you define the better game when something like that happens?
  10. I mean that is sort of my point. If the goal of a game is entertainment then fun is the most meaningful measure. But fun isn't something we can directly measure. If we're talking about the best selling game, we mean something else. If we mean the most played game we are making another reference all together. Look at any of the popular MOBAs today. They are games, they are about having fun BUT they have a very interesting play arc where one side typically has a terrible time playing them. The idea being that if one side is having a terrible time the other is having a great time. These games typically sell well/make their company a good deal of money but are they the funnest games? I'm not sure. Is fun a composite of all the best and worst times? Or just the heights of enjoyment? This is where I get confused. To me, Infinity is my Favorite miniature game to play. And for me that makes it the best, but I don't see any way to measure the actual value of a game effectively. Nor will I try and claim that everyone should love Infinity as much as I do, that would be absurd.
  11. I'm a little confused by this statement (Emphasis mine). Is there an objective standard for games? I would have thought fun is subjective.
  12. Oh I see. Yeah not quite my cup of tea but I can see why people would be down with that.
  13. Recon+?
  14. do you mean Mates?
  15. I can dig it. The Sekban link should do pretty well all told. The only other thing to consider is if theres anything better than just 3 FOs like that in the second group. Im not sure what the specific answer is.
