  1. CB has asked we don't break down pricing, but: 6-4 MOV against 4-4 MOV Depends on the unit, but costs +2 to +4 points ARM 0 against ARM 2 Refunds -2 points S 3 against S 4 S3 from S4 costs +4 to +5 points Multiterrain and 2 UPGRADE programs against Baggage Terrain skills cost 0-1 points, UPGRADEs cost 0 as far as I can tell, and Baggage costs 0-1 points Combirifle against -nothing- Combi costs +8 points At a minimum, then, the E-Drone should cost 37 points. Without the Combi, I deconstruct it to 29. The other EVO drones are indeed priced to have Combi Rifles. Or in the case of Haqqislam, Rifle+Shotgun.
  2. Not technically, but it does in practice.
  3. I think he means with Symbiomate.
  4. A couple follow-ups: • Keep it simple. Don't introduce too many new rules in a single unit. • Ablative Armor L2 should probably not exist. Make it an unleveled skill, "Ablative Armor." Otherwise you will commonly have "Jotum armor" units running around, as @Teslarod said. • PanO doesn't do S5. One of the "high tech" signatures is that S5 tech is stuffed into an S2 chassis. • Cataphract, in my understanding, were heavy cavalry designed to break into enemy formations, so that was the basis of my name suggestion. I expect this is how the unit would emerge, after Corvus Belli filters: ELDJÖTNAR Urban Assault Regiment MOV4-4 CC19 BS14 PH14 WIP13 ARM5 BTS3 W2 S2 Equipment: Ablative Armor Special Skills: Sixth Sense L1 ELDJÖTNAR MULTI Rifle, Light Flamethrower, Nimbus Grenades, D-Charges, +Tinbot A (Deflector L1) / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 52) ELDJÖTNAR MULTI Rifle, Light Flamethrower, Drop-Bears, +Tinbot A (Deflector L1) / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 53) ELDJÖTNAR Hacker (Assault Hacking Device) 2 Submachine Guns, Light Flamethrower, Nimbus Grenades / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 52) ELDJÖTNAR (Mechanized Deployment) MULTI Rifle, Light Flamethrower, Nimbus Grenades, D-Charges / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 54) ELDJÖTNAR (Mechanized Deployment) MULTI Rifle, Light Flamethrower, Drop Bears / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 55) ELDJÖTNAR Hacker (Assault Hacking Device, Mechanized Deployment) 2 Submachine Guns, Light Flamethrower, D-Charges / Pistol, Shock CCW. (0.5 | 55) This unit would pair naturally with Montesas in vanilla PanO, and give Svar an optional heavy infiltrator to kick down doors.

  6. Call it a Cataphract. That's basically what you've designed here, in an Infinity analogue.
  7. On the receiving end of Montesas, the Rocket and Grenade Launcher profiles are both effective–if you're going first. If not, you had better accept that the Montesa will be dead, or else have invested in infiltrated mines or Hacker support to save him.
  8. Good, but I would put a Makaul in group 2, instead of the Sukeul. The Makaul has an Impetuous order to play with if he wants to, whereas the Sukeul will want orders to play with.
  9. Hacking helper Wiki of all the models Wiki of all the rules Camouflage and Smoke are still the best skills. Killer Hackers are best hackers. Fireteams got rejiggered, but are still good. PanO is sad. Combined Army is still a bit sad. Everyone else is happy. Yu Jing, Nomads, and Tohaa are very happy. You just missed Strikezone Wotan.
  10. But goys, you also get CC+1, be grateful Lol why you complain smh Imma go play with my Ghazis and Kaplans and Barids bye now
  11. Looking forward to PanO troops with Plasma weapons. Congratulations, PanO, I wish I had chosen your faction for this campaign.
  12. The Kosuil is a good unit, no doubt, but the problem here is opportunity costs: The K1 Kosuil Engineer is always an inferior choice to the K1 Sukeul, unless there is a reason to specifically have an Engineer instead of a Sukeul. Mainly, that's 3 reasons for the Kosuil: Engineer objectives, Kaauri, and Ectros/Gorgos support. The Sukeul can't fix any of those things―however, in nearly every other circumstance, the Sukeul will have been better worth your points. You do have the Ectros justification, in your list, so there you go. I don't like Aelis at all these days, and would recommend you replace her with other tools. At 1 Wound, and Hackable with a crappy Defensive Hacking Device, you will have been better off choosing a Sakiel plus a Sensor Chaksa for your points. She's a comparatively weak gunfighter in Tohaa, and a comparatively vulnerable combatant in Tohaa, and "sensor in a triad" just isn't enough of a justification to me, when 10 points gets you a flamethrowing Sensor (and an order to move it with) in Tohaa. As you did ask, this is what I would redo with your list. Tohaa Neema v3 ────────────────────────────────────────────────── GROUP 110 1 NEEMA Lieutenant (Advanced Command) Breaker Combi Rifle, Panzerfaust, Nanopulser / Viral Pistol, Shock CCW. (+1 | 46) ECTROS HMG, Nanopulser / Pistol, Shock CC Weapon. (2 | 45) KOSUIL Engineer K1 Combi Rifle, D-Charges, Nullifier / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 29) SUKEUL HMG, D-Charges / Pistol, Breaker Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 35) GAO-RAEL Spitfire / Pistol, CCW. (1.5 | 33) MAKAUL Heavy Flamethrower, Eclipse Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 13) GAO-RAEL Sniper Rifle / Pistol, CCW. (1 | 31) KAELTAR (Chain of Command) Light Shotgun, Flash Pulse + 2 SymbioMates / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0.5 | 21) KAELTAR (Chain of Command) Light Shotgun, Flash Pulse + 2 SymbioMates / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0.5 | 21) CHAKSA AUXILIAR (Baggage, Sensor) Heavy Flamethrower / Pistol, CCW. (0 | 10) GROUP 21 1 CHAKSA AUXILIAR (Baggage, Sensor) Heavy Flamethrower / Pistol, CCW. (0 | 10) DIPLOMATIC DELEGATE (iKohl L1, Specialist Operative) Nanopulser, Flash Pulse / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 5) 7 SWC | 299 Points Open in Infinity Army Now―that said, I am a strong believer in live-and-let-live listbuilding. I consistently used the Gao-Rael since Second Edition. He did not have smoke back then, was weaker, and was more expensive. But the Gao-Rael was consistently my MVP. On that note, if you have the Kerail Preceptor, try to find a way to fit him in, too. Two Gao-Raels would love a Kerail's smoke.
  13. With Nimbus Grenades
  14. Alright, well, here's an example of what Kamau might have been: MOV4-4 CC13 BS13 PH10 WIP13 ARM1 BTS6 W1 S2 Special Skills: Aquatic Terrain KAMAU Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 16) KAMAU Light Rocket Launcher, Submachine Gun / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 17) KAMAU HMG / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 24) KAMAU (Fireteam: Haris) HMG / Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 25) KAMAU (CH: Mimetism, Climbing Plus) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 20) KAMAU (CH: Mimetism, Climbing Plus) Boarding Shotgun, D-Charges / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 20) KAMAU (CH: Mimetism, AutoMediKit, Multispectral Visor L2) MULTI Sniper Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 33) KAMAU (X-Visor) Combi Rifle, Light Grenade Launcher / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 22) KAMAU (X-Visor, Forward Observer) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 18) KAMAU (Paramedic) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 17) KAMAU Hacker (Hacking Device) Submachine Gun (0.5 | 19) KAMAU Lieutenant Combi Rifle (0 | 16) KAMAU Lieutenant (Fireteam: Haris) Combi Rifle (0.5 | 17) Rather than sticking Mimetism on everything, they could have stuck it on key profiles. I'm not sure that the "linkable Nisse Sniper" needed to exist, but they seem excited about that direction, so padding its cost with an AutoMediKit (instead of +1 CC and +1 PH on everything) seems fair.
  15. Yes, but Tikbalang is paying like 6-8 points for his Mimetism, which is in keeping with that. Lupe (BS12) pays 2-3 points for her Mimetism. Not sure what is going on with Moblots (or with the French in general), but that seems to be the meter. It's not totally consistent, but it does follow a rough pattern. Scaling mod costing also works inversely―MSV1 is normally 1 or 2 points, but on Le Muet, with his ODD (and BS13), it's 5 points.
