  1. Hello, this is my first painted Infinity Miniature. The Aquila Guard model just called me, and this is my take on a Svalarheima themed color scheme. Comments and criticism are appreciated.
  2. The terms are not mutually exclusive. "Catholic" relates to the Church specifically, whereas the term Christian applies to all who believe in Jesus Christ and his teachings.
  3. Great, thank you for the breakdown, that really helps. Based on your description, I think it confirms my preference for the Locust. The boarding shotgun and mine combo seems very handy combined with infiltration. But dang, that Black Friar model is cool. Might have to use it as a proxy...
  4. Hello all, as a new player I am in the process of learning some of the many nuances involved in this game and am wondering what is the ideal use for these very interesting weapons. What should I be looking for in the ideal "mine thrower"? I very much like the stats and load outs of the Boarding shotgun Locust as well as the Multi-Rifle Black Friar. From a beginner perspective, they appear to have "similar" roles, however I was wondering if anyone could help point out the pros and cons of both of these choices and why I might be taking one over another?
  5. Thanks, I appreciate the input. I had considered adding 2 more fusiliers, but was afraid I might have some glaring tactical hole I wasn't thinking of. Can't say I'm not sad to hear there won't be a Svalarheima sectorial anytime soon. Many Google seaches for "Svalarheima" got my hopes up they were coming up next.
  6. Hello all, new player here. I have recently decided to make the jump from 40k, and was looking for a bit of veteran advice. I am currently looking to flush out a 150 pt starter list to use with some of my gaming buddies (also new to Infinity), just to get us started and used to the mechanics. I am very partial to the Nisse with Multi-sniper model, and seeing it is what made me pull the trigger and grab the starter box. What little I know of the fluff, has strongly driven me towards a Svalarheima theme army, and from my understanding they might be getting their own sectorial army in the fairly near future? Here is what I have come up with, and I'm looking for any advice to tweak and flush this out for 150 pts. I would like to keep it as "fluffy" as possible for Svalarheima. (I will eventually like to expand to 300 pts, and use a Jotum) Any comments, and criticism would be much appreciated.
