The chapel is simply awesome. Funds are tight right now, but this baby will find a way to a table near me.

Can you please provide some pictures of the different logos and colors for the rose window?

I love your products and website but I am having a lot of trouble connecting to your website. Over the past week I cannot connect to your website due to a connection error or server trouble.

Have you received any feedback for this problem?

Thank you

:(

We have not been warned of this possible issue with the web...we enter everyday and we haven´t experienced this type of problem.

Can you provide more information about what happened to you? (Web browser, message, the page you were trying to access,...everything you think will be of help).

And thank you for telling us this!

Yep sure :) I a using Google Chrome as my browser and either clicking on the links in the above post or going to your direct web site through my browser.

The screen results from my browser tell me that your site is unavailable.

I will check on Internet explorer now.

Response from Internet Explorer:

Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to www.customeeple.com

I hope you can resolve this problem soon. I did recently order some goods from your website and had no problems accessing your site then.

Thank you for your time.

Mmmmmm

It is weird ;). I am clicking and clicking the links and they work well...

Could it be that you have some program (firewall or something like it) preventing to access some directions?

Sounds to me like a dns issue or spyware/adware.

@Tanath.  Try this:

1)  Click Start and then Run (or click in the search box above the Start button).

2)  Type cmd and press enter.

3)  In the window type "ping customeeple.com" with no quotes and press enter.

4)  You should see a line that says "Pinging customeeple.com [130.117.93.67] with 32 bytes of data"

Do you get that line and does the number in [] match mine?

Thank you for your help and I have just tried your suggestion above resulting in the same number and the request timing out.

Could it be a firewall issue then?

It seems strange that I have not so long ago visited and purchased goods from their website and now I cannot even access their site.

Thanks for your help ;)

I get the same IP numbers.  But 4 packets sent with timeouts and none received, 100% fail rate.

Yet the site loads fine.  Using FF29.

Its considered good practice for a public website to NOT respond to a ping, this is normal.

What we needed to see was that your computer can resolve names to IP addresses, if you could not get customeeple.com's IP address you would not know where to go to get to the site.

Try this next, from the same command prompt run "trace route" like the line below

tracert customeeple.com

You should get something like the last 11 rows unless you are connecting from New Zealand like me

If you can see the last row 130.117.93.1 then you have connectivity to the network that hosts customeeple, there is something up with your PC, add blocker, PeerBlock, Antivirus? Try firefox browser to see if some config setting is stuffing you up.

Can I assume you are doing this from home and not a corporate site (who might have noticed un-work related traffic and blocked it)

C:>tracert customeeple.com

Yep.

From what I could gather (I'm a bit behind on this internet doohickery).
First is to the gateway (gave address of my modem/router), then to the ISP server, then out from there, yeah?

This site is also helpful for working out whether it's you or everyone:
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

Tanath is connecting from Japan.

Thanks mate , I just checked the web site address using your suggested site and they confirm that it's not just me as the site is offline.

Just plain weird lol

Thanks for the help guys and maybe it is just my computer I guess.

I would be interested in the results of the tracert, www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com says offline yet I can get to every page at customeeple.com from NZ.

Can you get to these sites, they are running off the same IP (host headers are great)

http://www.holidayrentalservice.com/

http://www.espectaculosbarroco.com/

http://areafitnessaranjuez.com/

If you cant there could be an international routing issue, wouldnt hurt to log a call with your ISP.

I cannot access those sites either mate and thanks for your added help :)

I will post up on the group page on FB and ask them if they can access the website and I will let you know what they say.

I finally got access to your site as of this afternoon in Japan and the pictures have also uploaded on this thread which was not the case before now.

Other users from Japan have also experienced difficulty accessing your site and others not so it's weird. Well fingers crossed it is all good from here on then :)

Cheers

Hi!

We have talked with our service provider and it seems to work...they said that nothing was wrong but now, after informing of the problem, everything is working (perhaps it is some kind of magic... ;) ).

Have fun!

Would like to get some stuff, including that church, but prices for shipping to the US are just :_panic__by_bad_blood: . Any distributors here?

Hi!

We had no distributors in the US at this time :(...we are still working on getting one but...

With the shipping charges we were experiencing some issues, to be exact the shipping calculator, some time ago. If you want, please write to [email protected] and tell us how your order was and the shipping price that the web showed you.

Thank you!
