Customeeple Terrain Review (Incl. Forbidden Palace)

8 posts in this topic

Hello Everyone!

I recently managed to make a big order of Customeeple Terrain, and since I recently started an Infinity Blog, I decided...why not make a Review of the stuff I got!

So here is a 4 part Review of what is basically all Yu Jing Style Terrain that Customeeple currently has to offer:

Neon City Small Sushi + Bonsai:

Neon City Small Octopus + Dojo:

Neon City Big Buildings:

Infinity Forbidden Palace:

I hope you liked the Reviews, if there is anything I could improve on in the future or that you'd like to see added to these kinds of Reviews in the future, please let me know!

I had a lot of fun assembling and painting (and since then also playing) with this terrain, and I hope Customeeple will come out with more Yu Jing Style terrain in the future! (Maybe some Red Veil themed stuff?)

The reviews are great! Minor nitpick: the background color of your site makes certain text elements hard to read, (date/author/links) but that may only be my mutant superpower of not being able to properly distinguish certain colors.

I'll be getting some Custommeeple buildings soon. Nice flat surfaces for wall stencils!

Hmmmm the background colour of the site is a bit of a problem yeah....I chose it to fit the ISS theme, but I'm still thinking about changing it, not too sure to what other colour I should change it ;P

Yes, Wall Stencils/Tattoos work great on the Customeeple buildings, as you might have seen on some of my pictures!

You might have to cut out a window here and there though as the windows do come with plastic inlays.

Hello Everyone,

Today I finally finished the currently last part of my Customeeple Review Series (since it's the last bit I had ordered ;-P).

This time a took a look at the Yu Jing Holo Echoes they had to offer. It's obviously just a short Review, but I hope you like it nontheless:

First of all I would like to thank you for these reviews. They are well written and seeing as I'm currently planning my first infinity table they will be very helpful. On that second note I would also like to ask a question if you don't mind. What are the dimensions for the staircases that comes with the large & small buildings, WxB? The large buildings are 20x10 and the small 10x10 but I've never seen the staircase dimensions. 3x10? Please keep up the good work!

Hello The_Evergrey_One,

I am glad that you like my reviews!

If you are talking about these kind of staicases:

https://thegentlewinter.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/img_1478.jpg?w=676

Please keep in mind that they only come with the small buildings, and only 1 per building pack.

So you get one for the Ramen + Bonrai Small Building Pack, and one for the Octopus + Dojo Small Building Pack, but there is none in the Large Building Pack.

The measurements are a bit odd on this one, they are:

3.1 cm (~1,25 inches) front

9,4 cm (~3,75 inches) deep

6.4 cm (~2,5 inches) tall at the top

I hope this helps you!

Hello and thank you!, That means that one large building, a staircase and a small building becomes around 33 cm wide. Good to know. They will most likely be my next purchase after I'm done with my plast craft pagoda.
